Will POGO ‘Kingpin’ Lin Xunhuan’s Arrest Reveal a Larger Chinese Crime Syndicate? 

Authorities arrested Chinese national Lin Xunhuan on October 10. Analysts note that he is believed to be the “boss of the boss” of a crime-linked network of Philippine offshore gaming operators (POGOs) involved in human trafficking, online scams, and kidnapping.
