As is typical, the crime patterns observed in the month of November 2019 primarily involved low-level crimes, particularly crimes against property (theft and burglary). Eight incidents of armed robbery were recorded this month. Of those figure, four incidents involved Chinese nationals, three more involved Korean victims, and one incident involved an Indian national. Most crime incidents against foreigners recorded in November 2019 occurred between 5:00 pm and 11:00 pm and mostly involved Chinese victims.

Out of the eighteen kidnapping-related incidents recorded in November, six occurred in Metro Manila. Four of these incidents were gambling/POGO/loan shark-related abductions involving Chinese and Malaysian nationals. One incident involved an alleged abduction of a police officer while another involved the abduction of five-month old infant in Taguig City.
