PSA recorded 15 crimes against businesspersons and establishments in March 2025. Four of these incidents involved the murder of business owners in Cebu, Iloilo, Negros Occidental, and North Cotabato. Meanwhile, three robbery incidents targeting business establishments occurred in Navotas City, Cavite, and Surigao del Norte.
Meanwhile, 22 smuggling and counterfeit-related incidents were reported nationwide in March 2025. The reported illegal shipments and fake products that have entered the country and intercepted this month were worth around PHP 1.7 billion (USD 29.8 million).
