Groups Hold Scattered ‘Pocket Rallies’ Nationwide Amid Corruption in Flood Control Projects

Several groups recently held pocket protests in parts of Metro Manila, Baguio City, and Cebu City amid calls for transparency and accountability in government. These calls followed reports of massive corruption in anomalous flood control projects involving government officials and selected private contractors.
