- Leptospirosis
Leptospirosis cases have a total of 6,039 recorded from January 01 to November 25, 2023. It increased by 43 percent, compared to the same period last year.
Top 5 Regions with the Corresponding No. of Cases
- Metro Manila: 1,473 cases
- Western Visayas (Region 6): 820 cases
- Cagayan Valley (Region 2): 537 cases
- Calabarzon (Region 4A): 498 cases
- Central Luzon (Region 3): 461 cases
654 deaths were recorded, most of which were from Metro Manila with 168 deaths.
- Rabies
There is a total of 360 Rabies cases, recorded from January 01 to November 25, 2023. There has been a 6 percent decrease in Rabies cases, compared to the same period in 2022.

- Calabarzon (Region 4A): 53 cases
- Central Luzon (Region 3): 51 cases
- Zamboanga (Region 9): 31 cases
- Ilocos (Region 1) and Bicol (Region 5): 27 cases each
- Davao (Region 11): 24 cases
